    At the busy start of the academic year, the IDUB office at the University of Wrocław has prepared further activities to support scientific activity and reward researchers’ achievements.

    On Tuesday, 7 October, at 1 p.m., in the Senate Hall of the University of Wrocław (Main Building), pl. Uniwersytecki 1, representatives of the Lower Silesian Region authorities and the Rector of the University of Wrocław, prof. Robert Olkiewicz, will sign a framework agreement on cooperation.

    In 2025, two equal awards in the category of theoretical aspects of computer science were given to dr Piotr Ostropolski-Nalewaja from the University of Wrocław and Marek Sokołowski from the University of Warsaw, and in the category of applied computer science to Marcin Sendera from the Jagiellonian University.

    Another year at the University of Wrocław, as part of the ARQUS European University Alliance, has begun. Thanks to these projects, initiatives constantly come to life, crossing not only national borders, but also redefining academic life.
