                                                                In 2025, two equal awards in the category of theoretical aspects of computer science were given to dr Piotr Ostropolski-Nalewaja from the University of Wrocław and Marek Sokołowski from the University of Warsaw, and in the category of applied computer science to Marcin Sendera from the Jagiellonian University.
 
                                
                                                                Another year at the University of Wrocław, as part of the ARQUS European University Alliance, has begun. Thanks to these projects, initiatives constantly come to life, crossing not only national borders, but also redefining academic life. In the interview with dr Katarzyna Kajdanek, sociologist and ARQUS project participant, we can take a closer look at an international collaboration in urban research and reflect on academic culture.

This exceptional project will bring the legacy of one of Poland’s most important theatre institutions closer to a wide audience. The initiative is being carried out with the participation of the Digitisation and Digital Services Division of the Library of the University of Wrocław.
