UL: Scientific lectures and research
Archaeological works are being carried out in the Crypt of the Collegiate Church of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary in Kłodzko as part of its renovation. A few days ago, researchers recovered the remains of Arnau of Pardubice (1297–1364), an eminent clergyman who is believed to have originated from Kłodzko.
Our researchers will pursue research activities owing to National Science Centre grants. They will not only work on complicated physics or computer science matters, but even French terminology associated with colorings and pigments.
This coming Saturday, 8 November, a science weekend entitled “OMG – Observatory of Young Geniuses” will begin at the Astronomical Institute of the University of Wrocław.

The Department of Old Dutch Literature of the Chair of Dutch Studies at the University of Wrocław, under the direction of Professor Stefan Kiedroń, cordially invites you to a lecture by dr hab. Jan Waszink (Leiden University, the Netherlands / Tadeusz Manteuffel Institute of History, Polish Academy of Sciences).
