Climate Days of the Wrocław Academic Community 2025

The Climate Days of the Wrocław Academic Community 2025 (pl. Dni Klimatu Wrocławskiego Środowiska Akademickiego 2025) is a series of educational and scientific events taking place in Wrocław from 22-24 May, with additional activities scheduled for 2 and 4 June.

The topics addressed will include, among others, sustainable design, environmental education, biodiversity protection, water resource management, air quality, renewable energy sources, and urban adaptation measures in response to climate change. This year’s edition will also feature an event dedicated to cargo bikes, highlighting them as an example of sustainable urban transport solutions and exploring their role in bicycle-based deliveries as part of city logistics systems.

The event is a joint initiative of Wrocław’s universities, aiming to spark dialogue on the key challenges related to climate change and environmental protection.

The programme includes a variety of engagement formats: workshops, lectures, discussion panels, educational walks and thematic meetings led by experts from local academic institutions.
