Conference Against Human Trafficking
“Don’t let yourself be bought, you are not for sale” – this is the slogan under which the Conference Against Human Trafficking which was held at the Faculty of Social Sciences on 15 December. The special guest of the event was human trafficking victim Ida Hridliczkowa-Krupiński.
Among other things, the conference provided an opportunity to discuss factors, processes and actions conditioning the sense of individual security, systemic conditions of being a victim, successes and challenges of the Polish police in prosecuting human trafficking crimes. The speakers also spoke on combating human trafficking crimes by border guards and refugee crises.
The event offered free, anonymous legal aid.
