Cooperation agreement with Bavarian university
UWr Rector prof. Robert Olkiewicz signed a cooperation agreement with the Catholic University of Eichstaett in Bavaria on 30 January, which will facilitate student exchanges and joint projects between the two universities.
The agreement was signed by the UWr Rector, prof. Robert Olkiewicz, and KU Eichstaett President, prof. Gabriele Gien.
The meeting in Bavaria was also attended by prof. Klaus Stuewe, vice-president for international cooperation of the Catholic University of Eichstaett in Bavaria, head of the International Office there, and dr. hab. Tadeusz Lebioda, prof. UWr, head of the Department of German Studies at the University of Wrocław.
The conclusion of the agreement is a natural consequence of the three years of intensive cooperation between the Department of German Studies, headed by prof. Tadeusz Lebioda, and the Department of Political Science at KU – Eichstaett, which has been very well appreciated by both parties.
