Dr Józef Nadler passed away
We are saddened to announce the death, on 26 August 2025, of the late dr Józef Nadler, born on 26 July 1941 in Cieszyn.
Dr Józef Nadler was a retired academic of the Institute of Civil Law at the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics of the University of Wrocław, and for many years Head of the Department of Agricultural Law. He also served as a member of the Agricultural Section of the Regional Arbitration Commission in Wrocław. Between 1991 and 2008 he was Adviser to the President of the Supreme Audit Office of Poland. He was awarded the Officer’s Cross of the Order of Polonia Restituta by the President of the Republic of Poland in recognition of his outstanding achievements in the field of state audit and in strengthening the rule of law.
We bid farewell to an academic teacher and mentor to generations of students.
The Funeral Mass will take place on 1 September 2025 (Monday) at 11:00 a.m. in Kamieniec Wrocławski, followed by the burial.
