Electronic Media Law Forum
On behalf of the Research Center for Legal and Economic Issues of Electronic Communication (CBKE) operating at the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics of the University of Wrocław, we invite you to participate in a conference organised by the University of Wrocław, the University of Szczecin, and the University of Silesia in Katowice entitled the Electronic Media Law Forum. The current 10th edition will be hosted at the University of Wrocław. The main theme of the conference will be artificial intelligence and its legal consequences.
The event will take place from March 20th to March 22nd, 2024, in the form of a stationary scientific conference, during which distinguished speakers previously associated with or cooperating with CBKE will present papers. Among the speakers will be recognised representatives of science, leading representatives of professional self-governments, and IT companies. The first day of the conference is the Young Electronic Media Law Forum (9th edition), during which students, doctoral students, and young researchers will present their papers. The proper deliberations will take place on the following days, March 21st and 22nd.
The substantive partner of the conference is Currenda sp. z o.o. in Sopot, Olesiński and Partners Law Firm, and dotlaw Law Firm.
The honorary patronage of the conference was taken over by: the Rector of the University of Wrocław, the Dean of the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics of the University of Wrocław, the Commissioner for Civil Rights Protection, the Polish National Council of Notaries, the Polish Bank Association, the Regional Bar of Attorneys in Wrocław, the District Bar Council in Wrocław, the European Bars Federation, the Chamber of Commerce in Wrocław, the Polish Judges Association Iustitia, the Polish Chamber of Information Technology and Telecommunications.
