Public International and European Law Department and Department of Civil Law and Private International Law of University of Wrocław would like to warmly invite you to the second European Association of Private International Law [EAPIL] Conference organised in English language in Wrocław between 6 and 8 June 2024, on Private International Law and Global Crises.
The main question is about whether private international law can react to crises, and if so, in what way? Themes include crises related to war and military conflicts, the rule of law and global supply chains. In addition, reports concerned with challenges of creating and enforcing the EU private international law in the activities of CJEU (The Court of Justice of the European Union), HUDOC (European Court of Human Rights) and EC (European Commission).
