Extended registration for the 14th edition of Student Nobel!
Student Nobel is an extraordinary context from students for students organized by Independent Students’ Assiociation. The reason behind organizing next edition is a need to highlight the best students, who can already be proud of their outstanding achievements from the fields of science, art or social activities. Such recognition provides for winners not only the prestigious title, but also a better start into the future and opportunity to meet other outstanding students from all over Poland.
Student Nobel is the only national scholarship contest fully created by the student organization.
This year’s contest is divided into 9 categories:
– Technical sciences
– Art
– Journalism and literature
– Natural science and power engineering
– Physics and astronomy
– Medicine and pharmacy
– Social sciences
– Economic sciences
– Social Activities
Awards
Winners will receive general awards with a total value of 50 000 PLN and a special award related to 3W activities funded by Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego in excess of 5 000 PLN! Additionally, it is an opportunity to stand out on the job marker and to start a networking group with other talented students from all over the Poland.
Stages of the contest
First stage will last until 11 April 2023. Those who are interested can sign up via site of the competion https://www.studenckinobel.info/. In the next stages of the contest members, after having their documentation evaluated, are obliged to send the self-presentation. The last stage of the contest includes the final gala, in which the participants will have an opportunity to meet each other, exchange experiences and to establish business relationship on the scientific, artistic and social field.
Support of the Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego
Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego is strategic of this year’s 14th edition of Student Nobel. BGK is a Polish development bank, which aim is to support the sustainable socio-economic development of Poland. Bank implements development programmes in, for example, access to housing and clean air, as well as public infrastructures. BGK funds current activity and investment of companies and local governments. BGK is present in every region od Poland and abroad (representation in Brussels, London, Frankfurt and Amsterdam). It support export and international expansion of Polish companies.
BGK is an initiator of the 3W concept, which responds to the challenge of big changes, which will occur in the future. The 3W concept is a vision of the future, in which we – as a whole society – manage the resources, which we have and in which we can keep and improve quality of life while using less energy and less non-renewable sources. In the 3W we focus on 3 resources, which will have significant influence on our future: water, hydrogen and coal. The main goal of the 3W is to build and integrate the society of talented scientists, ambitious students, brave companies, visionary non-governmental organizations and responsible representatives of the public sector, financial institutions and to activate the society.
