Finale of the “Obiegówka 2.0” field game

This year’s edition of the library field game “Obiegówka” has finally come to a close. It enjoyed great popularity among the academic community.

An impressive number of people took part in the event, enthusiastically visiting all the libraries included in the game, answering the prepared questions, and uncovering the secrets of our book-filled spaces.

The finale of the game, which took place in the cozy Cultural Lounge of the Library of the University of Wrocław, brought together a large group of participants. The event attracted a large turnout, and the atmosphere was full of joy, curiosity, and vibrant library spirit.

Every participant received a certificate of appreciation, with special gift packages – naturally full of books, as befits a library – prepared for the quickest and most determined of players.

There was no shortage of special attractions – the Lounge featured a magical bookcase, which offered something for everyone: from fiction and reportage to academic gems.

For those who actively participated and opted for the walking tours, there are various excursion lists they can sign up for. Good news – registration is still open! The sign-up lists are available at the Local Lending Department until June 7.

Those who couldn’t join us for the finale, however, haven’t been forgotten – diplomas and prizes are waiting for them at the Local Lending Department, also until June 7.

Once again, the event showed us how wonderful and tightly-knit the academic community and the fellowship of librarians truly are – and how, together, they can take on the world!
