Free workshops

A series of free workshops dedicated to raising  awareness among the academic community about unequal treatment and discrimination of students and doctoral students is currently underway. The workshops also provide them with competences that enable them to learn effectively during their university and doctoral studies, along with conscious planning of their career paths.

The workshops are organised as a part of the nationwide projects Equal Science and Equal Leader, co-financed by funds received in 2025 from the Minister of Science and Higher Education as a part of the Organizing and animating activities for the academic community contest, implemented by the #MakeSmartPeople Famous Foundation.

Participants will be able to participate in multiple workshops in Polish and English, including:

  • Creating an inclusive academic environment in theory and practice (Polish Workshop)
  • Designing an inclusive academic environment in theory and practice (English Workshop)
  • The role of student and doctoral student self-government in combating unequal treatment and discrimination (Polish Workshop)
  • The role of student and doctoral student self-government in combating unequal treatment and discrimination (English Workshop)
  • How to support students and PhD candidates with special needs in the academic environment? (English Workshop)
  • AI in Academia and Business (Polish Workshop)
