What you should do if you are covid-positive
Are you a student, PhD student or employee of the University of Wrocław and have just received positive Covid-19 test results? Here is what you should do:
If your test results say that you are Covid-positive, you should inform us immediately at covid19@uwr.edu.pl. Below, you will find all the information you are required to send us in your email.
- Your personal data: name, surname, phone, e-mail
- Scan / photo of the Covid-19 test
- Was the test for covid-19 carried out using the nasopharyngeal method or was it a blood test?
- Have you had contact with UWr employees, PhD students or students (and with whom) in recent days?
- Were you in the last days in the buildings of the University? ( where?)
This information will allow the Health and Safety Department to implement safety procedures faster and prevent the spread of the virus at the University. We assure you that the information about your health will remain confidential in accordance with the standards of the General Data Protection Regulation.
