InPost For Cities Scholarships – sustainable development

A new edition of the scholarship program focused on sustainable development initiatives has been launched, funded by InPost For Cities program. The initiative was created to support cooperation between businesses with local governments and to promote initiatives that improve the residents’ quality of life. The program enables awarding scholarships to individuals actively involved in sustainable development issues.

The recruitment is conducted in two categories:

1. for authors of master’s theses dedicated to issues concerning sustainable development,

2. for students and doctoral candidates actively working in the field of sustainable development.

The call for applications will run from 1 April to 15 May 2026. Applications are accepted only electronically via online application. For authors of master’s theses the scholarship amounts to PLN 1000 per month and is awarded for a minimum of 9 months, for students and doctoral students actively working in the field of sustainable development the scholarship amounts to PLN 1500 per month and is awarded for a maximum of 9 months.

The documents required to submit an application differ depending on the category:

Authors of master’s theses must provide:

  • a cover letter (max. 1800 characters including spaces),
  • a presentation in the mp4 format (up to 2 minutes, max. 70 MB) that includes a presentation of the topic of the thesis, its connection to the goals of Agenda 2030, and its potential benefits for the development of Wrocław
  • a certificate confirming student status (issued no earlier than 3 months before submission of the application)
  • a confirmation of acceptance of the master’s thesis topic signed by the thesis supervisor

Students and doctoral candidates actively working in the field of sustainable development must provide:

  • a cover letter (max. 1800 characters including spaces),
  • a presentation in the mp4 format (up to 2 minutes, max. 70 MB) that describes the relevant initiatives taken and their significance to Wrocław,
  • a certificate confirming student or doctoral status,
  • documentation confirming the initiatives (e.g. descriptions, certificates, diplomas),
  • recommendations issued no earlier than 3 months before application submission.
