International Staff Training Week
15 May marked the beginning of the 11th International Staff Training Week organised by the International Office.
The University of Wroclaw is pleased to host staff from universities in countries such as Iceland (University of Akureyri), UK (Birkbeck, University of London), Germany (Heidelberg University), Greece (Hellenic Open University), Italy (University of Siena), Austria (University of Vienna), Czech Republic (University of South Bohemia in Ceske Budejovice and Technical University of Liberec), Spain (University of Zaragoza), Latvia (University of Latvia), Ukraine (Chernivtsi National University) and Israel (Tel Aviv University, Bar-Ilan University and The Hebrew University of Jerusalem).
In addition to training elements on working with international students and the Erasmus+ programme, the programme of the event includes a tour of Wrocław, a full-day trip to the Arboretum Wojsławice, a short Polish language course and a visit to the Zajezdnia History Centre.
We are confident that the event will create a network of new contacts and contribute to the internationalisation of the University of Wrocław.
