Invitation to cooperate in two programs of the SPRING Association: Noble Gift and Academy of the Future
WIOSNA Stowarzyszenie (SPRING Association): Szlachetna Paczka (Noble Gift) and Akademia Przyszłości (Academy of the Future) are currently looking for Coordinators of the Promotion of the Noble Gift and the Academy of the Future, without whom Mądra Pomoc (Wise Help) for those in need would not be possible. They recruit teams of Promotion Specialists from 16 voivodships in Poland responsible for contact with the media and partners, run the social media of the Noble Gift’s and support Volunteers in their activities.
Such work gives not only satisfaction from helping, but above all, the opportunity to gain competencies valued on the job market – related to time management, project management, event organization and the development of communication, interpersonal and many other skills. Undoubtedly, it will be an attractive role for students who want to invest in their development.

The WIOSNA Stowarzyszenie (SPRING Association) is an organization established in 2001. It operated in Poland, implementing such programs as the Noble Gift or the Academy of the Future.
For 22 years, Noble Gift has been helping those who need it the most, restoring dignity and dreams, and giving hope for change to those who have long lost it. Noble Gift is not a one-time gift – it is an effective year-round and the only direct aid system in the world, which combines a grand scale of action, except that a person helps another person in it. In the last edition, Noble Gift reached over 15,400 families in difficult financial situations, which was possible thanks to the help of nearly 12,000 volunteers.
For 20 years, the Academy of the Future has been changing the lives of children who have lost faith in themselves. Using the System Motywatorów Zmiany (Motivator System for Change) – a unique methodology of volunteer work with a child – the system leads them from failure at school to success in life.
