Join our artistic ensembles!
We have artistic ensembles at the University of Wrocław – including the Early Dance Ensemble and the Gaudium Choir. Both will be holding rehearsals and auditions in the near future.
The Early Dance Ensemble invites all students to a rehearsal:
What do students of chemistry, biology, history or Polish studies, science and the humanities have in common? They can all dance together in the University of Wrocław’s Early Dance Ensemble!
We are an active artistic organisation of the University of Wrocław since 2010. We are interested in dance and the culture of past eras. Our repertoire includes English contredanse, Renaissance and Baroque dances, and from time to time we also reach out to other eras.
We organise balls where everyone can learn period dances, and we also take part in workshops, expanding our knowledge of dance.
First rehearsal of the 2023/24 semester already on 16 October at 18:30 – event on fb – venue: Auditorium II CD, Faculty of Chemistry of the University of Wrocław at ul. Joliot-Curie 14 (right next to the UWr Library)

Candidates do not need to have any experience or musical education! Willingness, a good attitude and basic vocal skills are enough.
