Join the Volunteer Team at the Promo&Fund’25 Conference
We’re looking for students who want to gain experience in event organisation, get a behind-the-scenes look at how the NGO world works, and meet people who are truly making a difference.
On 4-5 June 2025, the Promo&Fund’25 conference will take place in Wrocław, focusing on promotion and fundraising in non-governmental organisations. The WOLOHUB Foundation is coordinating the volunteer team and invites you to get involved!
What do we offer?
– Free entry to the conference (standard ticket price: 349 PLN)
– A training session on communication in NGOs (exclusively for volunteers)
– A meal and coffee breaks
– A certificate and hands-on organisational experience for your CV
– Valuable connections and the chance to meet people from the social sector
What could you be doing?
– Participant registration
– Supporting speakers and managing conference rooms
– Assisting with social media
– Technical support (e.g. for live streaming)
– Mobile support – helping wherever it’s needed at the moment
You can volunteer for just one day and attend workshops and lectures on the other – we’ll adjust the schedule and tasks to fit your availability. Applications are open until 25 May 2025.
