Jubilee of Professor Krzysztof Wójtowicz
On December 2, at the Oratorium Marianum in the main building of the University of Wrocław, a jubilee celebration of Professor Krzysztof Wójtowicz was held, combined with a scientific seminar “Rządy prawa jako wartość uniwersalna” (The rule of law as a universal value).
First of all, the Rector of the University of Wrocław, prof. dr hab. Robert Olkiewicz and Dean of the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics of the University of Wrocław, dr hab. Jacek Przygodzki, prof. UWr.
In a solemn but not devoid of humorous details, the laudation was delivered by dr hab. Professor Kozłowski also presented the Jubilarian with a book edited by him entitled “Rządy prawa jako wartość uniwersalna: księga jubileuszowa Profesora Krzysztofa Wójtowicz” (The rule of law as a universal value: the jubilee book of Professor Krzysztof Wójtowicz). The work’s title allows for a harmonious combination of individual elements of the Jubilarian’s scientific achievements with the fundamental areas of his specialisation, i.e., constitutional law, international law and European Union law. The full text of the Book is available here.
