Last day to register for first-cycle and long-cycle studies programmes! What is worth remembering?

Candidates! Today at midnight we close registration in the IRK online Candidate Registration System www.irka.uni.wroc.pl for full-time Bachelor’s and Single Master’s degree programmes! There are already 25,000 there! We are very happy About what is worth remembering before the system closes? We are already explaining!

Today is also the last day to pay your enrolment fees! This fee is PLN 85 per field of study and for these types of studies it must leave your bank accounts today. The date of posting does not count (you will have a message in IRK that the fee has arrived a little later). Also remember to prioritise your fees! This is very important if you pay, for example, for two courses, but register for three in IRK. We need to know which fields of study to assign the fee to.

Secondary school leaving exam results must also be completed by today. Go to www.irka.uni.wroc.pl and log into your account. Go to the ‘personal forms’ tab and then to the ‘education’ tab. There, in the ‘documents’ section, you will find the link ‘edit exam results’. Select all the subjects you have taken in the school-leaving examinations and the level (basic/extended), uncheck the ‘I know the result’ box and then enter in the ‘value’ field how many percentages you have obtained in the subject. Remember to save your changes!

Also enter the document number. To do this, go to the ‘personal forms’ tab, then to the ‘education’ tab and in the ‘documents’ section click ‘edit’. There you will complete the document number.

It is also a good idea to upload a photo for your student card as soon as possible! You will need this photo, approved by the Learning Department, to print out the application form that you will be taking with your matriculation certificate to the Faculty Examination Board, if you see the status ‘candidate qualified to submit documents’ after the results of your application have been announced. And since it may take a while for the photo to be accepted due to the large number of applicants, do not wait until the last moment, but upload your photo in the IRK system now!

We would also like to remind you that subsequent rounds of recruitment for courses (if any) are only for reserve candidates after the first round. This means that if you are possibly thinking of selecting any more full-time first-cycle or long-cycle studies, you must do so today. The system closes at midnight and you will not be able to enrol later.
