List of recipients of the Wrocław Freedom Award in the 2024 edition

The badge of honour “Wrocław Freedom” is a distinction of particular importance to the University of Wrocław. It is a decoration awarded to heroes and heroines who, even in particularly difficult and unfavourable times, did not forget about freedom, truth, human rights, justice and solidarity.

This year’s badge ceremony will take place on 5 June 2024 at 15:30 in the Oratorium Marianum in the UWr main building at Plac Uniwersytecki 1.

This year’s edition of the award, unlike previous ones, is not linked to the anniversary of specific events.
