
Mental resilience, emotional intelligence and motivation with Anna Cieślik
One of the lecturers of the extracurricular course ‘Your Future Skills’ is Anna Cieślik – a graduate of psychology at the University of Wrocław, lecturer, trainer and founder of ‘Pracownia Rozwoju’ (Development Workshop). Her classes as a part of the extracurricular course are a unique opportunity to work on mental resilience, emotion management, motivation and communication under the guidance of an experienced specialist.
The course offered by the Academic Career Office of the University of Wrocław is open to students and graduates – information on enrolment can be found on the ACO website.

Anna Cieślik has many years of coaching experience and is also a lecturer in psychology. In her work as a coach, she supports both groups and individual clients, helping them to consciously develop their emotional management skills.
