Open day at the Faculty of Chemistry were held on 22 April, during which candidates interested in studying chemical sciences could learn about the faculty’s teaching offer and obtain information on recruitment.
High school graduates listened to a lecture on molecular modelling, heard about the experiences of a graduate of the UWr Faculty of Chemistry working at Johnson & Johnson and met with a chemistry matriculation expert.
They also took part in laboratory workshops and learned the secrets of mass spectrometry, electron microscopy, crystallochemistry, nuclear magnetic resonance and electron paramagnetic resonance.
