Our computer science and mathematics fields of study with Certificates of Educational Excellence

Individual studies in computer science and mathematics and Computer Science are two of our fields of study that were awarded Certificates of Excellence in Education by the Presidium of the Polish Accreditation Commission back in February.

On 13 June 2024, the certificates were officially presented at the Ministry of Science and Higher Education, and were received by the UWr Vice-Rector prof. Stefan Kiedroń and the Dean of the Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science prof. Tomasz Jurdziński.

For the first time, the Polish Accreditation Committee has awarded certificates of educational excellence to our fields of study. They are awarded on the basis of a positive curricular evaluation for six years, supported by good practices in the quality of education or documented, regular achievements of students and graduates.
