
Our PhD student in the Council of Young Scientists
The Council of Young Scientists of the ninth term was appointed on 24 February 2026 for the period from 1 March 2026 to 29 February 2028. We are pleased to announce that our PhD student Kacper Rosner-Leszczyński from the Historical Institute at the University of Wrocław, is a member of the Council.
The eighth term of the Council ended at the end of October. By order of 24 February, the Minister of Science and Higher Education appointed a new Council. It consists of 14 people representing various fields, from the humanities, arts, engineering and technology, medicine and health sciences, agriculture, social sciences, to the exact and natural sciences.
The main task of the Council is to support the minister in activities aimed at developing the careers of young scientists, in particular by identifying barriers to the development of young careers and preparing opinions for the minister on instruments to support the careers of young scientists.
The Council is composed of young scientists within the meaning of Article 360 (2) of the Act on Higher Education and Science, representing various fields of science.
