Perfect Number, a meeting with Krzysztof Zanussi
Last Thursday, an extraordinary event took place at the DCF cinema – a special screening of the film “Perfect Number” and a meeting with the director Krzysztof Zanussi. The event was organised in collaboration with the University of Wrocław.
“Perfect Number” is the story of Joachim, played by Andrzej Seweryn. He is a wealthy man whose life has been a string of successes. A whim of fate puts in his path thirty-year-old David (Jan Marczewski), a mathematical genius who abandons a promising business career abroad and seeks the right field for his talents in Poland. Things get complicated when Ola (Julia Latosińska) enters David’s life.
The event is part of the Culture Without Barriers project at the Lower Silesian Film Centre (DCF).
