Preparations for Juwenalia Wrocławskie 2025 have begun
On Friday, February 7, 2025 at 1.00 p.m. in the Senate Hall of the University of Wrocław, a preliminary agreement was signed on the co-organization of the Wrocław Juwenalia 2025.
Representatives of the authorities and student governments of six Wrocław universities: Wroclaw University of Economics and Business, Wroclaw University of Health and Sport Sciences, General Tadeusz Kościuszko Military University of Land Forces, the WSB Merito University, the University of Lower Silesia DSW and the University of Wrocław want to integrate the academic communities of Wrocław universities and jointly promote a cultural and entertainment event among students and residents of Wrocław.
The intention of Friday’s meeting and the signed letter of intent is to conclude an agreement and jointly organize a free cultural and entertainment event, i.e. Juwenalia Wrocławskie 2025 on May 9-10, 2025.
The authorities of all universities jointly decide to entrust the organization of the Wrocław Juwenalia 2025 to the Student Self-Governments, which are signatories of the Agreement of Student Self-Governments signed earlier on January 21, 2025.
The university authorities declare their support for the organizational staff in the actions taken. They will also be actively involved in the organization and promotion of the event through an agreed financial contribution and providing administrative and financial services. They will agree on the scope of financial and executive obligations. They will confirm this by concluding an appropriate agreement in the near future, at the same time declaring that they will fulfill their commitments.
