The Free Belarusian University invites students from Belarus to take part in online courses dedicated to civic engagement and social development.
We are launching open recruitment for the second module of the „Szkoła Edukacji Obywatelskiej” – „Razem ku zmianom”!
If you:
- understand the basics of how civil society functions,
- want not only to better understand its mechanisms, but above all to take action and make a real impact on the world around you – then this course is for you!
Why is it worth joining?
This module will be especially valuable for:
- young social leaders,
- volunteers,
- individuals who want to develop their own initiatives or create social projects.
What will you learn?
- how to identify problems and seek effective solutions,
- how to build and manage a team effectively,
- how to conduct negotiations and resolve conflicts constructively,
- how to become an inspiring leader in your community.
Working in a group of people who share similar values, you will analyse real-life case studies, develop practical skills, and receive support from experienced trainers.
In the final sessions, we will focus on presenting your own initiative – you will learn how to create an effective pitch that captures the attention of partners, sponsors, and the media.
