Registration for the Polish edition of FameLab 2025 is now open!
Can you talk about science in an interesting and understandable way – and do it in three minutes? Sign up for the Polish edition of FameLab 2025!
FameLab is the world’s largest science communication competition, which returned to Poland last year after a few years’ break thanks to the efforts of the University of Silesia. This year’s edition will once again take place in Katowice.
The competition is open to students, doctoral students and young scientists (aged 21 and over).
A maximum of 12 participants will take part in the national final. The winners of the first three places will receive financial prizes totalling PLN 20,000, and the winner will also represent Poland at the international final at CERN in Geneva.
As last year, the competition is organised by the University of Silesia in Katowice, and the media patron of the initiative is Forum Akademickie.
Applications are accepted until 16 September.
More information can be found on the FameLab Poland website.
