Imperfect Past Tense on Szewska Street

The general opinion is that history is something that has already happened, it is over, it is in the past tense. Is such a view justified? Or maybe history is subject to constant evolution (and sometimes even truly revolutionary changes), and the discoveries of new sources and new interpretations of the already known ones make us look at it as something as alive as our present day? Everyone interested in answering these questions is invited to the podcasts of the Institute of History of the University of Wrocław, during which our employees will talk about their experiences in the past … imperfect.

The podcast is available on the website.

Translated by Rafał Karwacki (student of English Studies at the University of Wrocław) as part of the translation practice.

The project “Integrated Program for the Development of the University of Wrocław 2018-2022” co-financed by the European Union from the European Social Fund
