Scientific Conference on Sustainable Development and Environmental Protection
As part of its corporate social responsibility, the Miodny Emil Szymański company cordially invites you to participate in the Scientific Conference Sustainable Development and Environmental Protection, which will be held on 24-26 April 2023 in Kliczków near Bolesławiec.
Aim of the conference: to exchange knowledge, experience and integrate academics dealing with environmental protection, ecological economics, sustainable development, environmental management, environmental economic accounts, and combining economy and environment in their research.

Within the basic conference fee we provide:
-opportunity to present a paper and/or poster,
-a certificate for active or passive participation in the conference,
-a friendly atmosphere for exchanging views and research results,
-the conference’s attractive natural location,
-two nights’ accommodation at the Duke’s Manor [Folwark Książęcy]
-two breakfasts and two dinners,
-free access to the swimming pool, saunas and fitness area.
Optionally, it is possible to attend the conference without accommodation (no catering and access to hotel areas accessible only to guests) or to use only one night’s accommodation (one dinner and breakfast, limited access to areas). In addition, it is possible to purchase additional services during your stay, paid directly at the hotel. We encourage you to familiarise yourself with the offer of the Duke’s Manor and Kliczków Castle.

Entry fee:
- Basic conference fee – 490 PLN/person.
- Conference fee – one-night stay – 390 PLN/person.
- Conference fee – excluding accommodation – 290 PLN/person.
We particularly encourage the participation of Young Scientists, i.e. students, doctoral students, PhD holders.
Academic institutions, student societies, and companies are encouraged to get in touch and partner in organising the conference.

The organiser stipulates that the conference fee is neither negotiable nor refundable in the event of cancellation (once paid) or absence at the conference. The organiser stipulates the right to withdraw from the organisation of the event or to increase the conference fee in the event of too few registered participants or a significant increase in the cost of organising the conference. Upon cancellation in such cases, the registration fee will be refunded immediately. Only those who have paid the conference fee will be included in the conference programme. In the case of a small number of participants, the organisers allow the possibility of accepting additional papers/posters from already registered participants without an additional fee for this.
