Study the OZE law at the University of Wrocław

Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics of the University of Wrocław invites to the registration for the postgraduate studies, ‘Transformacja energetyczno-klimatyczna. Prawo odnawialnych źródeł energii’ (eng. Energetic-climatic transformation. The law of the renewable energy sources) in the academic year 2024/2025.

The global economy undergoes a transformation towards climate neutrality. The scientists are unequivocally pointing to the urgent need for a reduction in the release of greenhouse gases. The biggest challenges are standing before the energetic sector, as well as transport, construction, and industry sectors. The use of new technologies, including renewable energy sources and so-called decarbonised gases, is to allow for the combination of the value of economic growth and sustainable development. The law plays an essential role in the process of the energetic-climatic transformation, protecting humans and the environment from the negative results of the climate changes. At the same time, it obliges energy-consuming enterprises to decrease the emissive power of their activity and also implement the instruments engaging the citizens to build independent and diversified energetic systems.

The postgraduate studies offered by the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics of the University of Wrocław constitute an answer to the new climatic-energetic challenges, which indeed may alter the functioning of the public administration, enterprises and citizens. These studies will permit the participants to acquire crucial abilities needed to work on OZE projects, as well as to deepen their knowledge in the field of the green economy in the broad sense.
