The 9th National One Novel Competition is behind us!
On 30 April 2025, under the patronage of the Dean of the Faculty of Languages, Literatures and Cultures at the University of Wrocław, the ninth edition of the National One Novel Competition took place, this time dedicated to the book “The Crossroads of Ravens” by Andrzej Sapkowski. The event, chaired by dr Marcin Maksymilian Borowski, was organised by the Student Scientific Accociation of Russian Studies “WroSlawianie” in cooperation with the Department of Russian Literature and Culture at the UWr Institute of Slavic Studies, the Department of Practical Russian Language Teaching at the UWr Institute of Slavic Studies, and “Ljudi” Student Scientific Association.
The prizes were funded by the Vice-Rector for Student Affairs, dr Łukasz Prus, and the Dean of the Faculty of Languages, Literatures and Cultures, dr hab. Justyna Ziarkowska, prof. UWr.

A total of 358 people from across Poland took part in the event (43 in person and 315 online).
