This year, the Institute of English Studies at the University of Wrocław marks its 50th anniversary – half a century of educating generations of English Studies graduates, literary scholars, linguists and researchers of English-speaking cultures. As we celebrate this milestone, we take pride in our achievements – from distinguished professors and international research projects to exchange programmes such as Erasmus+, which open the world to our students. Today, the Institute stands as a modern centre of research and teaching, open to the world and ready for the decades of inspiration to come.
