The jubilee 30th edition of “Meetings at Nehring Hall”
The Institute of Polish Studies at the University of Wrocław, together with the Society of Friends of Wrocław Polish Studies, invites you to the 30th edition of the popular-science lecture series in Polish studies, “Meetings at Nehring Hall”, organised in the 2025/2026 academic year. The series will be opened by a lecture by Prof. Jan Miodek entitled “Język sportu w moim życiu”, which will take place on 5 October.
Lectures will be held in Room 125 (first floor) of the Institute of Polish Studies at the University of Wrocław, pl. Nankiera 15b, on Sundays from 11:00 to 12:00. The language of instruction is Polish.
Admission to all events is free.

22 February − prof. Aleksandra Oszczęda, „Znam cię, ziółko, żeś pokrzywa”. O poezji miłosnej Jana Kochanowskiego
22 March − dr Marta Śleziak, Hasła, slogany i napisy na murach jak dużą rolę odegrały w historii?
19 April − prof. Wojciech Soliński, Wszystko jest przekładem
17 May − dr Małgorzata Gorczyńska, O pewnej inwestycji (w tłumaczeniach Tomasza Różyckiego)
14 June − dr Olga Taranek Wolańska, Inny Fredro
