The launching of the Conference of Deans of Public University Faculties of Law
Sixteen Deans of Faculties of Law established the conference of Deans of Public University Faculties of Law. One of the initiators was dr hab. Jacek Przygrodzki, prof. UWr, Dean of the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economy at the University of Wrocław.
Initiators of launching the conference were the Deans of Faculties of Law at the University of Gdańsk, the University of Szczecin, the University of Silesia in Katowice and the University of Wrocław.
The founding members were sixteen public Faculties of Law, including the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics at the University of Wrocław. The contract was signed on the 20th of April at the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics at the University of Wrocław.
The conference was established as a nationwide forum of public cooperations of public University Faculties of Law to improve the quality of legal education and development of legal science.
The establishment of the conference also creates a platform for representing the legal community in dialogue between public authorities and institutions responsible for shaping higher education and the legal education system.
