
University Tutoring Congress on 26 October
The School of Academic Tutors of the University of Wrocław, the College for Interdisciplinary Individual Studies of the UWr invite you to the first open University Tutoring Congress – Wrocław 2023.
During the Congress, a certified workshop (8h lesson) on ENGAGING TEACHING METHODS will be conducted by Ms Patrycja Paula Gas, an anthropologist, educator, intercultural competence trainer and tutor from Kraków.
We start on 26 October (Thursday) at 9.00 a.m. We invite you to the music hall of the Oratorium Marianum located in the UWr main building (pl. Uniwersytecki 1).
The event is aimed at educators who are keen to develop their skills. Congress participants will receive a certificate of participation.
There will also be an opportunity to meet, talk and exchange opinions on interesting and valuable education.
The event is organised by the College for Interdisciplinary Individual Studies at the University of Wrocław.
mgr Patrycja Paula Gas – soft skills and intercultural trainer. Author of the book “Dajakowie – wolni ludzie z Borneo” based on two years of field research in Indonesia. Co-author of the manual “DiveIn – The manual for Educators and Youth Workers on EduLarp Methodology”. Co-founder of the Nausika Educational Foundation in Kraków, which deals with the design and dissemination of innovative educational methods, including original board games, LARPs, role-playing game scenarios. Initiator of the Alternative Education Fair and Forum in Kraków. She creates and coordinates trainings and international strategic partnerships as part of the Erasmus+ programme, and has implemented over a dozen European projects exploring the potential of non-formal education methodologies. Her motto: Flow – Unlearn – Revolve.
