Visit of UWr graduates to the University Library
On Thursday, 26 June, the Academic Career Office, in collaboration with the University Library team, had the pleasure of organising a special event for graduates of our University. The meeting combined both a touch of sentiment and a spirit of discovery – for some of the attendees, it was their first visit to the current BUWr building and a unique opportunity to see the Library’s most valuable items up close.
After the exhibition tour, we continued our journey through BUWr – exploring its open-access zones, the main reading room, and various hidden corners. Importantly, all of these resources remain accessible to University of Wrocław alumni.
To round off the visit, guests were invited into the world of comic art and encouraged to develop their own artistic skills.
We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to the entire BUWr team for the warm welcome, their dedication, and the wonderful atmosphere they created throughout the visit.
We hope that each participant, even if just for a moment, felt that it was good to return – and that they truly will return.
