We are launching the 15th edition of the Mentoring Programme!

Direct contact with a Mentor, the opportunity to ask questions, time for reflection, and space to share doubts and plans – this is precisely what the Mentoring Programme run by the Academic Careers Office is about.

The Programme brings together students and graduates from various fields of study with experienced Mentors representing companies, institutions, and the academic staff of the University of Wrocław. Among the 43 Mentors taking part are, among others:

  • prof. Tomasz Greczyło
  • dr Katarzyna Guz-Regner
  • prof. dr hab. inż. Marcin Kadej
  • dr inż. Alicja Kluczyk
  • prof. dr hab. Wiktor Żłobicki

Participants emphasise that it is the relationship with their Mentor that constitutes the strength and uniqueness of the Programme – a relationship based on trust and attentiveness, enabling deeper self-knowledge and understanding, as well as a clearer recognition of expectations and the realities of the labour market.

A total of 181 people applied for the jubilee 15th edition, including 70 English-speaking students. Ultimately, 109 participants will begin the mentoring process – 88 in Polish and 21 in English. 🌍

An important element of the Programme is the active involvement of graduates of the University of Wrocław, who take part both as Mentors and as Mentees.

We look forward with great interest to what the jubilee edition will bring!
