The Historical Institute of the UWr invites to another lecture in the series “Szewskie czwartki”. On 25 April (Thursday) at 6 p.m., our online guest will be dr Paweł Cembrzyński (Christian-Albrechts-Universität zu Kiel), an archaeologist specialising in the history of medieval and early modern cities in Central Europe, and particularly in issues of the morphology of urban space and the relationship between man and the environment.
The topic of the lecture will be “Średniowieczne miasta górnicze: społeczeństwo, technologia, środowisko” (Medieval mining towns: society, technology, environment).
