The co-organisers of the event are: the University of Wrocław, the Union of Ukrainians in Poland – circle in Wrocław, the Ossoline National Institute and the Lviv Polytechnic University. The event was held under the honorary patronage of the Mayor of Wrocław.

The conference will be held in two languages: Polish and Ukrainian.

In addition to the traditional deliberations, two side events are planned:

On 24 May at 17:30, a debate on “Wokół polsko-ukraińskiego porozumienia 1920 roku” (‘Around the Polish-Ukrainian Agreement of 1920’) will take place, co-organised by the Centre for Eastern European Studies at the University of Warsaw.

On 26 May at 6 p.m., there will be a meeting with the head of the Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church, Archbishop Sviatoslav Shevchuk, around the book “God has not left Ukraine. Archbishop Sviatoslav Shevchuk in conversation with Krzysztof Tomasik”, co-organised by the Ukrainian Catholic University Foundation in Poland.
