“Young Talents” – participate in the competition
For the eighth time, the Lower Silesian Capital Club is organising the Young Talents competition. We invite all students and doctoral students of the University of Wrocław to take part in the competition! Applications from the University of Wrocław should be submitted to the Communication Department (Collegium Antropologicum, ul. Kuźnicza 35, ground floor room 13) by 25 March.
Last year, in the category of “Scientific Success”, our doctoral student Marzena Pander was declared the winner of the final gala. Under the supervision of dr. hab. Wojciech Bury at the Faculty of Chemistry of UWr, she is pursuing her doctoral thesis on the design, synthesis and characterisation of metal-organic networks, which are porous materials with unique properties. Fill in the questionnaire (attachment below in Polish) and submit your candidature in the categories:
- scientific success
- innovation success
- artistic success
- success in social activity
- success in entrepreneurial activity
- sporting success
Attach a CV (maximum one A4 page) and a brief description of the achievement (maximum one A4 page) to the questionnaire (both in Polish). Please note that it is permissible to submit teams instead of individuals in the individual categories. The completed questionnaire, CV and a description of the achievement should be delivered to the Communication Department, room 13, in the main building of the University of Wrocław, ul. Kuźnicza by Monday, 25 March. From the applications submitted, the University Chapter of the competition will select three candidates from each category. The winners will be selected by the Competition Chapter. Winners and nominees will be awarded at the Grand Gala on 20 May 2024.
