On behalf of the rectors of Wrocław public universities, we would like to cordially invite to the community inauguration of the academic year 2022/2023 of Wrocław universities, which will take place on 1 October at 13:00 in the Aula Leopoldina in the main building of the University of Wrocław.

The ceremony will be highlighted by a performance by the Academic Choir of the Wrocław University of Technology under the direction of Małgorzata Sapiecha-Muzioł.

In the event of a change in the epidemic situation, the form and programme of the ceremony may be subject to change, which will be announced on the university’s KRUWiO website.

As part of the celebrations of the Inauguration of the Academic Year 2022/2023 of the Universities of Wrocław, the Run of the Piastów Śląskich University of Medical Sciences in Wrocław will be held under the patronage of the Collegium of Rectors of the Universities of Wrocław and Opole. The run will start at 10:00, at ul. Borowska 213 (car park of the University Clinical Hospital). Detailed information at www.bieg.umw.edu.pl.

After the ceremony in the Aula Leopoldina, the rectors will proceed to the Wrocław market square, where they will sing a solemn Gaudeamus igitur together with the university choirs, male and female students, and the citizens of Wrocław!
