Tasks:
As part of the project, 10 students of the University of Wrocław will have the opportunity to complete student internships at the Exercise School. The University of Wrocław will also conduct a supervision of 10 demonstration lessons under the observation of a psychologist, pedagogue and subject educator. These supervisions are to provide new working tools in the field of workshops and methodology, as well as in an interpersonal context. In addition, they will serve a motivational factor to work and develop theoretical knowledge and skills that are necessary for the profession. The scope of support applies to both teaching methodology and competence improvement, including building mental resilience. Supervision will include an analysis of the pedagogical workshop, the broadening of the scope of teachers’ self-awareness and self-control, and the development of key competences.
In 2021, the University of Wrocław will organize two methodological conferences in the field of mathematics and natural sciences.
