    On 16 April from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m., we warmly invite to attend an in-person revision workshop at the Library of the Institute of Geography and Regional Development (Plac Uniwersytecki 1, 2nd floor). The workshop is designed to help and prepare high school graduates for the geography Matura exam.

    A new tab titled “Nagrody naukowe i konkursy” has been launched in the “Badania” section of the University of Wrocław’s main website. This space will be regularly updated with information about upcoming academic conferences, internships, research scholarships, and other opportunities for academic and professional development, as well as competitions for the best doctoral thesis.

    Dear Sir or Madam, Dear University Community, I am addressing you today because I believe it is necessary to clarify a few matters related to the Willy Brandt Centre at the University of Wrocław.     The University of Wrocław had the pleasure of hosting a delegation from Montenegro, led by dr Tamara Vujović, Minister of Culture and Media. The purpose of the visit was to establish collaboration between experts from the University of Wrocław and Montenegrin specialists in the field of monument conservation and protection.

    The First Open Meeting of the Board of the Polish National Association of Doctoral Candidates in Wrocław gathered over one hundred participants from the whole country. The event was organized by the Doctoral Student Council of the University of Wrocław and the Doctoral Student Council of Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences in cooperation with the Polish National Association of Doctoral Candidates (KRD), the Karol Lipiński Academy of Music in Wrocław, Wrocław University of Health and Sport Sciences, Wrocław University of Science and Technology, Doctoral School of the Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences, Hirszfeld Institute of Immunology and Experimental Therapy of Polish Academy of Sciences, and Wrocławsko-Opolskie Porozumienie Doktorantów.

    On 10th April 2025 at 10:00 AM, the first Wrocław Luminescence Seminar (WSL) will take place in the Auditorium of the Institute of Low Temperature and Structure Research, Polish Academy of Sciences (INTiBS PAN), at 2 Okólna Street. This new initiative aims to bring together the Wrocław spectroscopy community and strengthen cooperation between the University of Wrocław, INTiBS PAN, and Wrocław University of Science and Technology.
