Academic Digital Library

The Service Team for Students and Doctoral Students with Disabilities at the University of Wrocław has established an agreement with the University of Warsaw to use the digital collections of the Academic Digital Library for people with visual impairments.

The Academic Digital Library is a library service containing a rich collection of materials, including books, textbooks, journals adapted to the needs of people with disabilities. The collection is accessible only to people with a recognised moderate or severe disability due to visual impairment or other disabilities that prevent the use of traditional materials in normal print.

In order to benefit from the ABC collection, you need to submit an application for support, together with a copy of your current disability certificate, to the Service Team for Students and Doctoral Students with Disabilities. Please refer to the information obligation.

Once you have received a positive response from the Vice-Chancellor for Student Affairs, you will need to create an account on the ABC site and a member of the Team will approve the use of the collections provided.

The rules of using ABC collections are specified in the Regulations.

The project “Integrated Program for the Development of the University of Wrocław 2018-2022” co-financed by the European Union from the European Social Fund
