Will we share? Yes! But…

We are extremely happy when you send us information that you are organizing a scientific conference as a student, that your student organization is recruiting to its ranks, or that you have received a substantial grant for your scientific activity. We love to see as many such reports as possible.

We will then gladly share such information on our social media. If the thing is really important to our entire community, we will write an article about it on the homepage of Remember that you can always contact us at the following address: This e-mail box is monitored daily by our editor on duty. He replies to e-mails and passes materials to other people from the Communication Department.

Do not feel offended if we do not share your information. Our social media functions a bit like a newspaper with an editor-in-chief who selects topics for the issue. We try to choose topics that are intended for our entire community. If your subject is highly specialized, remember that you can ask for a publication from department or institute administrators. Sometimes we do it ourselves – providing information to PR representatives at departments other than yours. Such a post will then go to people who are interested in the topic.

We do not post commercial advertisements for companies, even if it is a job advertisement for students. We do not advertise brands, and we do not place vouchers for dinners to any of Wrocław restaurants. We also have a policy of no collections available. We know that sounds insensitive.

But remember – there are 28,000 of us. It would be impossible to list all such “collections”. Unless the collection concerns our employee, student, or doctoral student, and we receive the rector’s consent.
