    We are pleased to announce the release of the first episode of the English-language podcast “Tatars in Poland: Adopted Homeland”, co-created by dr Ewa Górska from the University of Wrocław and prof. Maurits Berger from Leiden University. This unique project explores one of the oldest Muslim communities in Europe – the Polish Tatars.

    On 26 June, new full and corresponding members of the Polish Academy of Sciences were elected. Among them are two researchers from the University of Wrocław, who join a prestigious group of over 300 scholars recognised for their outstanding scientific achievements and authority within the academic community.

    On Thursday, 26 June, the Academic Career Office, in collaboration with the University Library team, had the pleasure of organising a special event for graduates of our University. Fotografia literacka” (eng. WordInImage: Literary Photography). The displayed works were created during a series of creative workshops held in May 2025, open to students of the University of Wrocław.
