Olimpiada Sztucznej Inteligencji to konkurs skierowany do uczniów polskich szkół średnich. To również wyjątkowa okazja do wspierania młodych talentów – ludzi, którzy dopiero wkraczają do świata AI i chcą poszerzać wiedzę, zdobyć nowe doświadczenia i rozwijać swoje umiejętności na najwyższym poziomie. Celem konkursu jest popularyzacja kluczowej wiedzy i technologii, stojących u podstaw sztucznej inteligencji. Jeden z etapów regionalnych odbędzie się już 14 i 15 marca na wydziale Matematyki i Informatyki Uniwersytetu Wrocławskiego. Weźmie w niej udział 29 zawodników.
Nakładem Wydawnictwa Uniwersytetu Wrocławskiego ukazała się nowa monografia naukowa dr Kamili Woźniak z Zakładu Bohemistyki Uniwersytetu Wrocławskiego pt. „Rozłóżcie plan miasta, wszystko tam jest nakreślone. Praskie topografie Milady Součkovej”.
The Library of the University of Wrocław has completed its project titled “Muzykalia dawnej biblioteki szkolnej Zgromadzenia św. Urszuli we Wrocławiu. Upowszechnienie zasobu”.
Based at the Institute of German Studies within the Faculty of Letters, the journal Linguistische Treffen in Wrocław was accepted for indexing in the Web of Science (Emerging Sources Citation Index), on March 6, 2026. The journal publishes research articles across the broad field of linguistics, as well as review articles and reports on academic events.
In 2024, the University Library (BUWr) received funding of PLN 33,579.00 for the project: “Upowszechnienie przedwojennych dysertacji Uniwersytetu Wrocławskiego w katalogu online BUWr.” This project was funded by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education under the programme „Social Responsibility of Science II – Support for Scientific Libraries.” The comprehensive retrospective computer processing of selected items was conducted by the staff of the Silesian-Lusatian Documentation Department. The project ran from December 2, 2024, to March 1, 2026.
